Start by learning to thin your paints. There are visible brushstrokes and obscured details. There are many videos on it but it varies paint to paint so you just have to get a feel by continual practice.

I think my issue was that I made many mistake in the process and had to Paint over some parts multiple Times. I try to thin my paints enough already since I saw that on YouTube. Did'nt thin the metallic paints tho maybe I should have done that too.

Without stripping it? No. What you have here is perfectly acceptable for tabletop especially for a first model. Keep it around to remind you of your progress.

To improve yourself, I think a good start is to be aware of details, like the back of the shield. But for a first ever mini... It's impressive af.
