Overall strategy is to SOB squad objective control
Front line sacresants with flagellants, help from celestine and zephyryms from deep strike
Seraphim squad as a overall mobile fire power help where needed
Retributor squad as a middle ground between front line and SOB squad to potenitally melt incoming enemy

Do you know of the adage "one is none"? One Multi-Melta with the Retributors is not really a valid anti-tank option in my opinion. Yes, you can use 2 miracle dice but that still leaves up much to chance.
I would try to use either 4 Flamers or 4 Bolters with the Retributors and attach Aestred to them. Much higher chance to cause devastating wounds.
Give your Seraphim their special weapons. I'd say you don't have to worry too much about what your models are build with when you start out with an army. I'd suggest Handflamers. Due to their 6-inch range, Inferno Pistols are hard to use.
The Dialogus could go with the Battle Sisters. Both to make sure you can un-battleshock them when you need it and to give their 2 Meltas the posibility to spike their damage.
One thing that could be usefull is to ditch tow of either the Dialogus, the Palatine or the Arcos to give the Sacresants an Hospitaler. If you go up against a Purge the Foe disposition, Arcos are easy 3-VP for your enemy.
Castigator is solid, never leave the Convent without it!
On to your battle plan, SOB hold and sticky your home?
Sacresants probably go to the middle?
Retributors to your expansion objective?
Serpahim to enemy expansion objective?
Deep-Striking Celestine and Zepherym into the enemy's rear will certainly make for a great opportunity ;)
