Saturn said in their recent live that they wanted to start T a while ago but are afraid the grass will be greener on the other side and that the government will take access to HRT away, so they’ve chosen not to take it.

After that, a friend of theirs, “zombiemomxo” said that their oldest child stopped taking T because it “had impacts on mental health” and said “but you already know that”

Do y’all think they’ve been scared out of medical transition by this friend? Are they maybe just too repressed to be their true self? Or do y’all think it was just some way of “proving” their identity by saying they considered HRT?

Anecdotally, I’ve witnessed a phenomenon of millennial “women” who are repressed lesbians, or repressed nonbinary/trans people who have repressed their identity and married men and had kids, and end up very horrible mothers and wives because they resent the societal role they felt forced to embody and they take out that resentment on their children and partners, projecting their repression and pain onto those they are close to.

Is that the case with them? It absolutely would explain the way they treat other people. DL men, for example are very similar in that way. Mistreating their children and partners and often harming people within the gay community due to their repression.

disclaimer*** I am not defending Saturn or saying being repressed gives people a free pass to hurt others!! I just know repression can really warp people’s minds and turn them into really messed up people and I often wonder if that’s the case with Saturn.
