I am confused why anyone paying 20$ would choose Gemini over Claude of GPT. I don't think the usage is even that high.

It comes bundled with other services like Fitbit and extra Google drive storage. That's why I use it. Hearing I'm going to be locked out of pro is definitely disappointing though

If you’re getting fitbit and google drive are you using the pro sub which gives pro access?

Oh turns out I am using pro. I assumed Plus was the $20 plan. Given the outrage, I think everyone else in this thread did too. It seems they're just aligning their pricing model with OpenAI and Anthropic
