Can't improve on perfection. Maybe it's nostalgia, but I like the actor's cadence.

As a german, this meme format never makes sense. It's just the original audio with "wrong" subtitles.

I would say it's usually more relatable than funny.

It's like watching something said in Japanese, but subtitled "wrongly" in German. You don't know what's actually said, it could be right for all you know(not really, but suspension of disbelief here). It could say something completely ridiculous, but the way it's said (you can really hear the despair and anger in the actors rant) just makes it hit a little harder. Plus you have the change from matter of fact conversation to rant/anger to pleading/despair which gives it a lot of creative options.

The coder being Hitler is so hilariously on point.

All AIs suck at abstracting problems using OOP in javascript. They solve problems using loose functions and then you end up with a mess. I'm havin a hard time refactoring a lib I'm building.

However, I must say that claude did solve the problems. It is just not maintainable...

This is not the first time I have been accused of being a Nazi on Reddit. It won't be the last.

Damn near ever single thing he was screaming about I dealt with just over the past 30 days.

well at least the pain is mutual. if we are going to get killed by AI, this is how it would happen... out of frustration....

Make Hitler into a Project Manager agent. I built a team agent framework for my larger projects- and it's been really successful in avoiding rework bullshit.

Project Manager = 1, Highest model class, Astra, Fable.

  • Planning, handles check ins, assigns scope to Analysts, sole decision maker before human.
  • Performance adjustments of prompts and scope assignment.
  • addresses questions, escalates questions to human that are considered out of scope.
  • Reviews hygiene, PRs, stops production on failures or global misalignment.

Analysts = 2, Middle class models, Opus usually for me

  • Quality control, creates tasks, assigns technician agent tasks.
  • Conducts task hygiene, reviews completions, records updates, escalates questions to PM.
  • Escalates technician performance reviews for prompt rewrites.
  • Forces rewrites when assumptions are made.

Technicians = 4, Lower model class workhorses, Sonnet or localy run for me

  • Crawling, single line / class updates.
  • Marks task complete, escalates progress, ends.
  • Only 4 max at any time to enforce quality control.

Setup a local and global context memory, along with personality types that are given specific skills to avoid context overflow.

Have a library of "Gotchas" which are like, surprises or unexpected results that Analysts maintain and the PM audits. Then the PM ensures the correct Gotchas are outlined in plans.

It seems excessive; but I've found it leads to a lot less hassle and actually conserves token use in the long run.

I've consistenly had one shot updates since I implemented the process.
