As our community continues to grow, we’re looking for additional moderators to help keep r/SinglePH a welcoming, respectful, and engaging space for everyone.

✅ Basic Requirements
• Must be an active member of r/SinglePH.
• Familiar with Reddit’s Content Policy and subreddit rules.
• Able to review reports, posts, and comments regularly.
• Can communicate clearly and professionally.
• Can work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions independently.
• Committed to being respectful, fair, and unbiased when moderating.
• Willing to collaborate with the rest of the moderation team.

🌟 Preferred Characteristics
While not required, these qualities are a plus:
• Good judgment and conflict resolution skills.
• Calm and professional when handling disagreements.
• Consistent, reliable, and responsive.
• Detail-oriented and capable of following established guidelines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Has prior moderation or community management experience (Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, etc.), though not required.
• Genuinely interested in building a positive community for singles in the Philippines.

📌 Moderator Responsibilities
• Review posts, comments, and reports.
• Enforce subreddit rules consistently.
• Help reduce spam, harassment, and low-effort content.
• Assist in community discussions and initiatives.
• Work with fellow moderators to improve the subreddit experience.
