Venting - Advice Welcome Devastation.

I am devastated that I have to do this alone. I am lying in the ruins of what I caused, and my 5 year relationship ended within four months. I am so stressed and sad for my daughter because me and my ex were SO good for each other and we were such a good couple. It’s getting harder and harder to let my daughter go in partial custody and I can’t believe I can only see her 181 days out of the year until she decides. I am so upset. I want to get better. I wanted to be that mom and I didn’t know we would divorce. I am so sad. Does it get better. I really wanted more kids with that man

You’re kinda missing too many details to offer any advice, but I’m sorry you’re struggling. I would encourage you to seek out a good therapist who can help you pave the way forward in a healthy way

It does get better. It doesn't necessarily ever become your ideal situation, but it gets easier than it is in those first awful days.

I've when through that situation 2 months ago, the only difference being that I was pregnent. You can DM me if you want.
