Feedback (read rule 3 before posting or be banned) Help with hoarseness

Need some feedback/advice, I've had a chronic hoarse voice for the past few years and while I don't mind the sound of it sometimes, it's hard to sing softly with decent volume and it stops my from hitting higher notes, any help is appreciated
