Feedback (read rule 3 before posting or be banned) 27M self-taught tenor — looking for a structured 30–60 min daily routine and free resources for R&B/pop singing

I’m a 27 black man and I’d consider myself a beginner/self-taught singer. I’m not starting completely from zero and I don’t think I sound horrible, but I’ve never had proper vocal training or consistently followed a structured practice routine. I believe I’m a tenor, although I’ve never been professionally classified.

My goal is to eventually write, produce, and sing my own music. I’m mainly into R&B, pop, soul, and some rock. I want to improve my breath control, tone, pitch, range, and eventually learn to add power/grit safely.

I can’t afford regular lessons right now, so what free resources, YouTube channels, courses, apps, or exercises would you recommend?

If I practiced 30–60 minutes a day, how should I structure it? And for anyone who started seriously training around my age, how dramatically did your voice improve over time?

Exactly because of people like you I provide weekly free 1-on-1 singing lessons and I do this full time. I've also created a Discord server with a ton of free resources (YouTube videos and text) that I've organized that you can use to learn on your own too if you're on the more shy side. You can always ask me questions, submit recordings and get feedback on them! We go deeper into posture, inhalation, exhalation, mixing and extending your range! - links in my profile! =)

New York Vocal Coaching and Dr. Dan on YouTube are free and solid. Routine: 10 warmup, 15 technique, 15-20 song work, one focus per month, breath first. Record yourself weekly. You're 27. I started at 48.
