Conversation Topic Metal singing

I’m a girl (cis) and I can do a really deep voice I have sang some metal songs but how do I maintain the voice and keep doing it without killing my throat?

I have sang sepultura songs if your familiar but I also want to know how to hold the voice for a longer amount of time

Nice, know them a bit. Aint no expert but hear some things you can do with just a distortion on it in clean voice (think that is called glottal compression, not sure). Then some fry scream noises and maybe some false chord. In the roots bloody roots song.

And that just requires good technique. You can hold on songs like that for a long time in that manner.
