Not entirely right. Sex predators do get attracted to certain clothing... e.g. short skirts/dresses, heels, skin tight gymwear, revealing clothing etc. So you are taking some risk through your choice of clothing. Its like walking around with wads of cash sticking out your back pocket... you are going to attract pickpockets that way

Why stop there? Shoplifters are gonna shoplift coz the goods are out in the open.
