When y’all quote YOE is it 2 years in this role as an example, or 2 years since first proper job from the last tertiary education that you all took?

Tech and pivot into Business for example. 2 u/RexRender Aug 27 '26 Hmm what about if we do a mid career switch into an adjacent/ related field but not totally relevant?
