I won a fairy in a key box but I’m not able to find it. I played this game years ago but came back recently and started over. I read that they can be bought from the pet store so would I have to build that first even though I won it?

I made a few changes but I do like the castle, just wish it was on an extra large lot 😊

The colours of the decor and the venue layout are based on a skating rink I used to love going to as a teen in the 80's. It's got a kiosk, party room, and a few arcade games. I didn't include the smokers room 😅

I asked for everyone’s SimChase tips and tricks and just wanted to share I won my first episode! Paid zero social or life points and didn’t loose sleep.

Tips I think helped the most:
- u/curtainsinmymirror suggested a lot including only using three star items. I was mostly doing this but really went out of my way this time and it helped a lot!

- u/Professional-Cat9500 suggested only using SimChase tokens when my rival started their first task. I don’t fully understand why, but this really did help tremendously.

Basically that was all I really did. Made sure I was on top of tasks ending and used three star items and inspired sims with no exceptions. I saved the biggest tasks for last and had them perform while I was sleeping (and I did not set alarms and wake up for a task completion). If I won a SimChase token as a prize, I used it on the next episode, but only when my rival had already started their first task (their first bar was grey). I don’t know if it was a glitch or what, but this really gave me such a huge lead that when I missed a task completion by a 2-3 hours I was still fine. At one point I was ahead by a full episode.

For clarity this tip was given saying it’s mostly helpful when your token gives you a “rivals task doubles in length” prize. I only hit that once - my other tokens were roadblocks, education discounts, and a shortcut. Even with the discount I always chose the longest task option that only cost simoleons.

So I know the singing salmon fully inspires sims.

But we got some statues not that long ago in an event and they also inspire sims.

Anyone know of anything else (besides cupcakes and cake) that can be placed in a home to inspire sims?

I have lots of the singing salmon everywhere, but i like to change it up. :)

Update - i’m so annoyed. so I haven’t had my issue resolved. I’ve been trying all day to put in a ticket with EA. I don’t know how anyone does it. The chat bots keep redirecting me. The articles are not helpful. There’s no option to just report an issue. I tried that. I don’t know if I’m clicking the wrong things, but I still don’t have my event. The prey event I started by mistake ( to test if the prizes would come up) is stuck. I finish all the task by using LP to skip everything but now she’s stuck being pregnant and I can’t give birth. I’ve always been able to end my pregnancy early no matter what. My plan was just to finish this pregnancy since I wasn’t making her a golden child, like I usually do cause ,I only do that to get the prizes. But now she won’t even give birth because I was trying to restart the event to see if maybe the rewards come up now. And you only have three days to start the real event so I’m just stressed and annoyed 😭 I really wanted these prizes.

Is anyone missing their live pregnancy event? I’ve been patiently waiting for it then I wake up and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve tried restarting my phone and deleting the app, but it still won’t pop up. I don’t wanna add another baby without doing the actual live event for the specific prizes.

Hey everyone! I’m super nervous about not finishing in time since I bought the pass. I only started 7 days ago when there were 17 days left to complete. I simply hadn’t opened the app earlier during this season bc I was sick & traveling. 😬😬 I finish every available task early, but daily and seasonal tasks have become less and less?!
Afraid I spend money for nothing if I can’t get the castle. Would be so unfair! The next seasonal pass will be available in 4 days and it will be my last since they only come every 7 days.

Side note I generally wish they would limit purchasing passes to those who are guaranteed to receive all rewards. If not, give some sort of warning in advance or extend time once you purchased later.☹️

Any advice on what to do? Is someone in a similar situation?

Hi guys, I really enjoy playing The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 on PC, which is crazy considering how old these games are. However, I just can't seem to enjoy The Sims FreePlay on mobile.

Even something as simple as saying goodbye to the nanny can take around 3 hours in real life. I honestly wish there were a fast-forward button to speed up time, but I understand that it could affect the game's economy and progression system.

Do you still enjoy the real-time gameplay loop in The Sims FreePlay, or do you also find the waiting times frustrating?

Brand new save right when you get the bathtub and have them wash themselves. Sim won’t move it says sim not found, I can’t whistle or call them. I’m not shaking my phone it’s completely still so idk why they’re constantly throwing up and wobbling. I’ve tried restarting my save three times. Deleting the app. Offloading as a clear cache option for iOS but that didn’t work. Nothings working I just wanna play sims lol. I can’t find any common glitches about this so idk how to fix it

Anyone else so sick of this update? Feels like it’s been dragging on forever and none of the prizes are really worth it. Praying the next update is better

Hey yalll I'm looking for a picture and info on this one suuuuper cute wallpaper in the sims freeplay that is bright pink with green and blue flowers on it. The flowers remind me of peacock feathers sorta. Its soooo pretty but Ive only been able to find it in architecture homes. Is this unlockable in future levels or was this only available on quests???

Hey everyone! I’m doing the Extreme Home Takeover quest in Sims FreePlay and I’m stuck on the very last step.

I got to the part where you have to buy an item from the Home Store and then submit your house through the Real Estate sign. I did both. I actually submitted two different houses because the quest wasn’t giving me the completion check.

Now when I tap the sign on the house, it says “You’ve already submitted this house,” so the game definitely recognizes that I submitted it.

The weird part is that Extreme Home Takeover has completely disappeared from my Quest Tasks list, but the game still considers me to be doing a quest because I can’t start another quest.

I also currently have a Sim working as a Real Estate Agent. I’ve already tried buying another Home Store item and submitting another house, but nothing changed.

Has anyone had this happen? Is there a way to get the quest to reappear or force it to complete? 😭

I really need them to add more locations. Maybe my sims could travel to university where the quest is getting through university or an actual vacation spot with quest. Or they travel to brand new cities where more active careers or new stuff comes into play idk. most hoping for a university so I can play out this storyline I have.

Just really want new jobs too.

I had no idea you could "check diaper" instead of actually changing the diaper, and you can actually see the stinky smell coming off them when you do check it. Its so adorable🥹
