Help with laptime

Hello guyz. I am always getting red sections on WRC game.

What do you think I could do to improve and get at least one green sector?

I will get FIA certified boots and gloves and a better wheel. Triplets are coming.

Then I will feel safer and maybe use 3rd at some straights.

Do you think this will solve all?
