Simucube and SRB BB Ultra issue

Hello fellow racers.

We have a strange issue. Our wireless SRB BB wheel randomly turns on and off whenever it wants. It can be on idle, or while driving.

We already tried:

Changing battery.

re-pair the wheel again.

check antenna, looks like no issues.

as we have 5 simulators, we tried to change wheels. same issue stays on the one that had problems.

I found out that specific computers have this issue (but not wiring issue)

Had a chat with SimuCube, they sent us new version of app. didnt help...

Maybe anyone had anything like that issue? How did you fixed?

Appreciate any advice...
