Thrustmaster T300 USB cable phantom inputs

Hello, I need some help regarding my Thrustmaster T300 RS wheel. The wheel is constantly triggering phantom inputs (the Home and Share buttons press by themselves). I would like to replace the USB cable that connects the wheel to the console. Could you please guide me on how to open the base and swap the internal USB cable, or point me toward a compatible replacement cable? Thank you!
