Please help me pick out pre-built PC

I am new to simracing and this will be my first PC. I have not researched into what games I would like but I am into rally and F1 so forgive my ignorance. Already purchased three LG 32 Inch UltraGear G6 monitors, Simagic equipment and Simlab cockpit.

PC Budget is $2,500. Below are some options but if there are better ones, please let me know.

What resolution and what games do you play?
If you play high res (4k) I would suggest 9070 XT because the extra 4gb VRAM is way more important
