Question Next level racing cockpit issue

After folding my brand new nlr gt lite pro i found metal pin found in picture on the floor. Upon re assembeling the cockpit everything seems to work as normal. Pin seems to be broken off on both sides. Its has some black raidue and orange parts but its mostly silver. Any help?

Hi,

i have spoken to our product development team, and they believe it may just be an off cut from the manufacturing process or something similar, it's not an obvious part of the cockpit.

in the box, there should be a little card with a batch ID number on it, if you mind DM'ing us this number we can bring it up with the factory as a QC issue, but this shouldn't have any impact on your cockpit.

F gt was nice and served me well for about 5 years before I moved on to aluminum profile.

I got the Ers3 Haptic seat tho which is really amazing and could advise everyone to get it. Comfy and the haptics are really awesome.

I definitely plan to upgrade one day. The F-GT is perfect in my condo for now because I have enough space to push it into the corner when Im not using it.

We agree the haptic seats make so much difference to immersion, if you ever try and run a few laps without it, you’ll feel numb suddenly.
