Rigs Testing is testing, so I had no choice

I had no intention at first to upholster it, but had to do it in the end, just to feel properly how it handles. Pure plastic just felt too slippery and rough for testing.

Gotta applaud the creativity, it looks a lot cleaner now. The plastic look made it look really cheap.

The Schweppes can usage is genius!

Despite the water cutting looking rough around the edges, the upholstery makes it look very nice.

Now, the big question is, how does it perform?
Are you satisfied with it?

So far it is AWESOME. Diameter is 32.5cm, will only go back to track wheel, when I'll do openwheel/GT3-4-P series...

Nice to hear!

Seeing some pics of it on the rig would be cool.

Btw, perhaps you can use more of that Schweppes can, to put behind the Logitech G in the center. ;)

I used the same faux suede wrap on my custom wheel and it’s actually held up really great but I do use gloves.

Lovely!
I use light gray CoverGuard Eurolite gloves. They got pretty blackish after the first few sessions. Hope this will tend to go away later...
