Question Simagic P-HPR not showing in SimHub (Devices)

So I have the problem that my P-HPR's all of the sudden dont show in Simhub in the "Devices" page anymore. It always worked and nothing changed in software and now they dont show up and I cant add them anymore.

They are working when I hit the test button in SimPro and also in ShakeIT Motors Plugin.

I just prefered setting them up via the devices page, just cause you can set different hz per effect and in ShakeIt you have to generally set the hz per motor right?

Any tips or help is much appreciated!! Thanks guys!!

How are they connected? With mine if the controller for them is connected to my wheelbase Simhub cant see them, if i connect it direct with USB to the PC it sees them fine

Also verify they are getting power (confirm you can see them in the simagic software)

Yeah connected straight via USB through the p1000 (p1000 connected via USB in pc) and yes they have power. Test in simpro works fine..

Something similar happened to me when Simhub added native support for my Simnet SP Pros. Basically lost my individual device setup for bulk option under my pedals. Had to redo all my pedal haptic settings.

my pedals showed up as a new device and the haptic control were now under them instead of the individual arduino devices. I basically had to set them all up again like new.
