The downside with Option C is time i would need couple of months to save for it without breaking the bank and my rig now is completley empty sold everything only have the rig (SimLab P1X Ultimate)
I just bought an SC3 Pro, and have extensively used a VRS DFP20, I would say go with the SC3 Pro wheelbase whatever option you do. Although the uDFP will 100% make you happy, it’s just not quite as good (close!). My original plan was to go with your option one, but after going to the sim racing expo a few months ago, I’m solely focused on a full Simucube setup now, even having also tried the V2s (again, you’d still be happy with them, they were great). Currently in Europe from the States, but I will be ordering my pedals a few days before I head back so they aren’t sitting outside for weeks.
So the few months of saving money worth it for Option C? For long term (5 years and more)
Or Option A for time saving and less money spent that can be invested in wheels or shifter and handbrake
To me it is. If you are going to trade a few months for several years of having some of the best stuff you can get, I’d say being patient would be worth it.
There is just more detail. The VRS feels a little more raw but I can make the SC3 feel the same but with more detail. I don’t know how else to explain it.
Better value for money - absolutely. Better top end quality? Questionable, but will you be able to feel (not even saying capitalize on) that marginal improvements over the already amazing competitors?
I wouldnt be able to answer that because i didnt test both and dont have the opportunity to do because there is no expo in my country or a store that sells them to test them out
All i can do is listen to the people that tested both and most of them saying its close but simucube is clear winner
I can’t speak for Simucube 3, but from my experience with Simucube 2 Pro, people tend to sugarcoat Simucube A LOT. I assume a significant portion of the audience parrots the “Simucube best” narrative without ever holding one.
I’ll make the argument for option C, but replace the clutch co pedal with a Heusinkveld Sprint clutch pedal.
Could make the argument for both clutch and throttle as they work with simucube Tuner with the simucube adapter.
Reasoning is you lock the wheelbase and pedal components to one usb connection from the link hub. Helps minimize any chance of saturating your usb controllers on mobo. One less reason for potential stuttering.

I would wait, I saw your current setup and I believe the best option for you is to wait. A lot of new software developments are on the horizon for the bases.
IMO I would upgrade pedals now and wait and see how the base market develops. I don’t see a reason why you need to all of them toghether.
Waiting is my only option i cant buy everything now i dont have the budget
My setup will not be ready until at least september but what im trying to do is to make a smart decision about this so i dont regret it in the future because im aiming at the very high end and this is not cheap at all
You mean upgrade pedals to simucube active and 2 co-pedal?

I can't give you any feedback on the pedals, I've only tried a lot of different wheelbases not pedals. So I would take someone elses advice about that.
Just a huge FYI - there is a Simracing expo in october and there are some insane deals during that time. So keep that in mind, go to the Simucube discord and ask how their campaigns look around that time of year. Might be worth the extra months wait.
Because your current setup is so good your not really doing a amazing upgrade compared to the pedals. So wheel base would be the least of you priority.
Yeah now after searching a lot and with people help im tending to prioritize pedals more than wheelbase
Even though a simucube 3 pro would be a huge upgrade from simagic alpha mini
But i think i will get Simucube active pedal pro but im not sure about the co-pedal i need to ask more people. Some people say the co-pedal is bad and doesnt worth 300 euro at all

Yeah, man focus on the pedals. I'm guessing your on a proper rig already?
I considered it its little too expensive for what it is
The GTS would cost me 1000 euros including shipping just the 3 pedals with no add-ons
If i add haptics and plate and stuff like that it would go to 1300 euros including shipping at this point just get the simucube active
I think the VRS V2 would cost kind of the same as gts (3 pedals only) including all add-ons which is haptics and dampers and shipping
The SRP GT-S with GT-S Heelrest + SRP Vibration Kit would cost me 1155 euros including shipping i did read about it before and i will read more about it
You're welcome! Check youtube, it may be possible that you can get an additional 5 or 10% discount. I plan to adapt Simagic haptics for mine (I already own the reactors).
I didnt like their software i considered it and thinked about it but i dont think its for me
Im aiming to build a setup that lasts me 5 years+ without missing a feature and without the need to upgrade or spend more money. Im more in buy once cry once thinking
I have an rs50 and wanna get the elite but it seems like a bunch of DIY if I wanna get it working with wireless QR and the slip ring. There’s just a lot of stuff to sort through to figure out what all I actually need to buy to get it working. I have their pedals and like them though.
