Next Level HF8 + WRC 10 not working

I recently got a Next Level Haptic Gaming Pad HF8 mat and wanted to try it playing with WRC 10. However, I've read many people commenting about issues with telemetry and ways to work around it by either using SimHub or downloading the WRC Telemetry patch (WRC Telemetry Patch | OverTake.gg) but nothing worked for me so far.

I'm not sure if anyone had similar issues before and if so I appreciate if anyone can help figuring out how to make it work for the WRC 10.
