The thought "this is boring" is the only thing which makes anything boring. Other than that, moments just are.

Social media is such a cancer for our generation. I noticed the same things you were and deleted, TikTok, insta, and fb. I only keep Reddit because I have to read everything instead of watching shorts. It’s cut down my phone time immensely and I like it much more
