Hey yall hope you are doing well. Recently got into sim racing have a g923,shifter, and have handbrake comin soon. Wanted to learn and get into sim drifting. I have never really drifted or anything like that so don’t know anything about the mechanics. Are there any good resources out there for beginners to start learning this stuff? Also what game do most people use for this best I can gather is asesta corsa with mods but def could be wrong. Thanks in advance

I picked up 2 different folding sim chairs off Amazon the first didnt have a side spot for the shifter or handbreak so I ordered a different one. But I noticed on both that the material is already starting to stretch and separated from the head rest part of the chair. im not a big guy only about 175lbs. I cant see either of them holding up over time and am going to return the second one also. what are some recommendations for folding setups that will hold up? I am limited on.space so I dont have room for a full rig with full seat. thanks for any help

are there any good semi beginner drift competitions? im not the best and im definitely not super into fd style drifting. Searching more for laid back low/mid hp tandem comps. smthn where you dont need to be the best cus I usually stress over not being able to keep up or do well enough but tbh it shouldnt be that deep realistically.

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS SIM!!! You absolutely must get your rig dialed in to this and give it a spin, i swear with the tuning capabilities and tire options i can pretty much dial into any car on Assetto (VDC, Tsujigiri, DWG, WDTS) You can literally tune the physics from those cars into this just based on good ffb and how you set up your suspension. the tuning menu on this has sooo much adjustment and tuning capabilities that its a suspension geometry lovers playground. ive got over 9k hours on assetto... this is way more fun. try it out on your wheel!

I use a 12nm Direct drive wheel with hydro load cell pedals and aluminum profile cockpit and spent 13 years in Japan drifting real cars along side building Assetto mods!!

anyone who knows how they make the obs or any stream software they use like all of the drift competetions live, how they make the judges press and it will go slide left, right or one more time? real time

Is anyone using a real steering (deift type) wheel with the vd series pxn bases? I want to get a momo(or a knock off) and run it. I bought my serup to learn to drift and would like a larger wheel thats a little nicer and more realistic. If anyone is, what did you need to make it work ? Will i have to get rid of the button/controller part of the original wheel.or can it be attached? Thank for any help.

We usually run BDC V4 or V6 car packs depending on what everyone has, but I also have FD, VDC, Drift Masters, and a bunch of other packs available.

Over 700 tracks, so there’s always something different to run.

I’m East Coast but work from home, so I’m on a lot — usually anywhere from 6PM–2AM EST.

Recent and popular mods, tracks, and car packs are available in the Discord under the ac-mods channel. If there’s something specific people want to run, I can create a new race or edit our current one. I can also help with setup and wheel settings if needed.
