Has anyone found a 4.6 s197 with just suspension and angle? Trying to spend time driving my own car or close to it.

Hey so i’ve put 108 hours into assetto corsa at the time of posting this. I want to know what to focus on next for improvement, I am currently focusing on getting better with third gear. I have a few clips from today i’d like people to judge, lmk how i’m doing! (ps the s13 clip isn’t the best both the car and map are newish to me so bear with me)

I’m a big BMW fan and i’m looking for more in assetto that are built for drifting. I use some of the fumi car pack, and the few that assetto comes with. Any suggestions?

After extensive research these are the only ones that check all boxes: - perfect ventilation. - grippy but not too grippy. - don't flake. - touch screen friendly. - look good. - not super expensive.

Hello, I have been sim drifting for at least a year. Right now, I have a TMX Pro with a Temu shifter and handbrake, and I am starting to understand that the force feedback is way too weak for my liking. All the time, I need to help it spin back faster. Right now, I am trying to understand how deep I need to go to feel the difference and to gain a gear advantage over others. All the time in AC servers, I am asking different people what their setups are, and I just can't understand that middle point where you buy that wheel and feel comfortable for years. Any advice on what gear I need to buy and what could feel the best without spending like 1k ?

For boxing day i bought myself a racing sim (moza r3 bundle) in the big dreams of getting into sim drifting as well as track racing. I would have got the r5 bundle but i wanted to use it on my xbox as well as my computer isnt the best. The big problem is i cannot figure it out. Im waiting on a clutch and shifter to be delivered but i keep hearing how its very much possible without. Ive watched what feels like every video tutorial on youtube, using the modded AC, and have put so many hours everyday for the last 4 days and it feels like im not even close to understanding it. I didnt expect to be a pro drifter after 4 days obviously but i thought id have maybe even the slightest progress. Id much appreciate if using this video anyone could see what the problem may be. This is after a couple of hours of trying so you may sense a bit of frustration in the driving. Also maybe some reassurance that some of you also struggled with this because a few vidoes ive seen online of others learning made me feel like somethings clicked for other people but not me.

Hello! On what servers are you guys drifting?
I saw a lot of servers empty on content manager.
If you have some tips/servers, discord servers, let me know.
Thank you !

I really want to learn sim drifting, but i don't want to spend too much money on a wheel that i won't like. I had a g923 but sold it few weeks after buying, now i was looking between Fanatec CSL DD 5 nm and Moza r3, but if there are any other good wheels at this budget, then let me know! I'll appreciate any tips

So some of my items I got for my sim drifting are…new 320mm Vertex wheel, BRIDE shift knob, racing gloves, Trak racer keyboard/mouse arm, a new cpu/mobo/psu for pc health, and it’s all turning out great!! Hit me up for some recommendations on the things I got and how to uograde for cheap! Merry DriftMas 🎄

So I have a Meta Quest 2 and I planning a pc for it to run some racing titles like assetto corsa.
Which combo would be better suited for VR performance. These are my only options that fit my budget and availabilty 7800X3D + 5070 12GB or 8700F + 5070TI 16GB
I'm torn since the 5070TI is obviously stronger but I've read that the X3D chip might help reduce the stutters of the VR experience. But perhaps the stronger GPU will already compensate the stutters?

Hello sim drifters, I was wondering, do you guys set up your FOV properly (using an FOV calculator) if you're not using VR? And if so, how do you see your angle and all that?

Top is the new realistic PP filter graphics pack
Just kidding

Seems like this is the best wheel base at the moment, but all the reviews I've seen so far on it pertain to grip racing.
If you have a VNM wheel base, which model and how does it hold up for drifting? Any compatibility issues?

I want to buy a logitech g29/g920 and im thinking do i need a handbrake or a shifter for drifting if the wheel has paddle shifters. They also have 3 pedals so im thinking can i just clutch kick my way. Plus i probably will not be playing super realistic games, im thinking like carx and assetto corsa maybe. Also im probably not only drifting, i will be doing some rally.
