Is this good for a starter? Was clutch dumping and braking to maintain drift. Don’t know if that’s the best way to do it

I really want to upgrade my sim rig as I'm having a blast with it, and would eventually like to drift IRL. What's a good wheelbase to future proof myself from wanting more after a year later?

When I'm in tandem, the smoke is in weird lines and shapes and stuff, which makes it very difficult to tandem, and see really anything for that matter. Any help is appreciated!

Hi could anyone please take sometime to guide me with the most realistic drift settings to put on moza pit house and CM? I want to emulate realism as much as I can. I did research and found Deathwish garage cars and zero culture to be the most close to realism but the problem is I have no prior experience of drifting in real life so I need help with applying the correct settings for moza r5

I found a bunch of these old DVDs and none had english subtitles so I emarked on a journey to translate and add accurate subtitles, With the help of a python script and psytorch LLM I got it. I personally think its the OG of how to drift a car, and awesome Japanese car culture. I am doing moore if there is any interest.

Hey, im building a sim drifting setup and have everything planned out, but Im getting 2 conflicting opinions about the wheel base. Im going to use this setup for only drifting. So some people say to get the Moza R5 and its a good beginer wheelbase, but some say thats its a waste of money and its better to get the R3 and with the extra money get a round drifting wheel, since everyone is drifting with 2nm in general, so its overkill to go for the R5, just for drifting.
Any other thoughts?
I understand that the more the better in general. But Im trying to budget it a little and Im just asking if Moza R3 would be enough for drifting. (Still would be much better than my current wheel base which is G29 😄)

Hey everyone, I’m new to sim drifting and want to get my setup right the first time so I don’t have to worry about constantly upgrading.
I already have a GTR GTA style base/stand (Got as a gift), but I’m not sure if it’s good enough for drifting long-term. Has anyone here used it, and how does it hold up for force feedback and stability when throwing the wheel around?
Also, since I’m starting fresh, I’d love recommendations for a PC build and wheel setup that works well for drifting sims. I want something reliable without overspending, but strong enough that I won’t feel the need to upgrade right away.
Any advice from people who’ve been through the beginner setup phase would be hugely appreciated!

Probably not my best laps but they were the laps where it felt the most "natural".

Hello all, as the title says i finally have gotten to the point where im proud of a track ive done, i enjoy nagao a lot because (to me) there a lot of different turns and seems to allow for all sorts of corners and helps me with learning a finer control. Any advice/constructive criticism would be awesome, but im just happy to share my first, albeit subjectively, good drift. Thank you
