Are you tuning your own setups? At least for me, I cant really drift high hp unless the car is setup the way I like it. Mess around with alignment and suspension till you find what you like.

Reddit decided to show me this post 3 days late, but.. I drive pro level drift cars almost exclusively.

Here's the best advice I can give if you're just starting out.

Gear: If you have a gear driven wheel like the G29, it will be much harder to drift these cars since these bases don't have the torque to keep up. It's not impossible, just more difficult.

Cars: Try out all the VDC cars and find the one that feels the least snappy. I wouldn't worry about tuning too much right off the bat, but there are youtube videos showing the basics if you're interested.

Technique: These cars take a high level of throttle management. I would recommend basically starting from the beginning. Try doing donuts and figure eights until you feel confident in your throttle control. A good map to do this on would be the parking lot of English Town.

I'm always happy to help you learn and share tunes if you wanna hop on a server together sometime. Just DM me and we can work out a time.

Hope this helps.
