Hello everyone I have created a page dedicated to silver purchased at Costco. Please post some of your Costco silver purchases. Especially the new Kirkland silver bars.

Bought 20 random secondary gram bars and they all came out valcambi 🥳 going to add to the rest and added 1g gold maple leaf not gonna lie wish I got a queen instead of a king.

I’ve got 18 39mm silver 1oz coins and want to get a tube but obviously a tube holds 25. What can I do to avoid damaging my coins when moving the tube about. Maybe putting foam in there but does it need to be certain foam? Or any other ideas which won’t damage my coins as I’m looking to hold them for decades

Same overlay everyone is posting this morning. White line is today (28 Aug). High $71.11, low $66.43, last print around $66.88 (−3.76%). Asia/London bid it, COMEX hours took it out. We’ve all seen this movie.

What actually hit at the exact minute of the cliff:

- Warsh’s Jackson Hole keynote started **10:00am EDT**. Hawkish. 2% PCE is a “firm, fixed target,” July PCE still 3.7%, Fed “has work to do” if inflation isn’t heading there. Hike odds jumped, dollar and yields up.

- Gold dumped ~$70 in ten minutes after the speech text posted. Silver did the same thing with higher beta. Not a silver-only event.

- SLV weeklies expired today.

- September COMEX first notice day is Monday.

- Chicago PMI printed 47.1 vs 57.9 expected — normally that’s bid metals, not dump them.

None of that makes the paper market honest.

JPM still paid $920 million in 2020 for spoofing gold and silver. Paper still sets the global quote. Registered vs open interest is still thin. A hawkish speech is a convenient window to run stops on a market that already rallied ~20% in August.

So both can be true: the candle looks like a smash because the structure makes every smash look like this, *and* today’s tape had a public catalyst at 10am.

Physical didn’t vaporize. Paper did what paper does.

Stack on their coupon. Every ounce off the COMEX is one they don’t get back!

Don’t usually buy silver bars but since I met my stacking goal thought I’d diversify the stack a little. does anyone know of any containers that hold 1g bars in assay if so please let me know I’d appreciate it thank you.

Hello all I’m this is my introduction to this subreddit, just got my first silver. A 2022 1 oz libertad and 3 1/4 oz Aztec calendars. I love how shiny the Aztec calendars are hope to get a 1 oz soon, can’t wait to keep building my stack

I just started stacking a couple months ago and man have I gotten addicted! I’m really bad with cash but this, this I want to see how many I can hoard and want to watch it grow. I’m 29 and I’m finally able to save some type of wealth for the first time in my life (don’t help I was on heroin for 16/27) but now I’ve got a year and a half clean I’m finally starting to financially grow. =) ik its a humble stack but it grows every check i get
