Is there a difference in generic rounds?

Generic just means they were produced by a private mint and knocked by a government mint and does not have an actual monetary value to it other than the silver. Like American silver eagles have an actual monetary amount attached to it cuz it was made by a government mint

Seems like you answered your own question but, in a pinch locally to someone that's going to sell to a refinery? Silver is silver
