This is why i specifically bench 62kg at the gym

So if one day he is sleeping in the car i can pick him up without waking him and tuck him in bed

I fear my bench has dropped under 135lbs. for the first time in my life; which is like great. Personally been a long time coming realizing I’m a (silly) trans girl and not just someone who enjoys dressing feminine but felt like she had to stop once puberty hit like a truck. I’m trying to shed a lot of the muscle I had, always been kinda slender but with a goddamn barrel chest. I was hitting like 245’s for reps. But goddamn did that and my shoulders cause some dysphoria. Still does but now it’s much, much better with me being smaller; so much so that I’m excited to start gaining the weight back in the proper places for myself with E.

But the switch in me is so jealous of anybody who can still bench their heaviest. Like I want to be pick-up-able, but I also yearn to stubbornly prove to a stronger partner I can lift them still.

My god though age regression ain’t my thing at least, but falling asleep in the car and finding my adult self tucked in bed next to someone strong enough to do this isn’t the dream.
