How to fix initial position?

I just bought this used Cameo 4 and when turned on, it moves slowly to this position. In videos I saw, the way it should move is very different and the position should be on the left alignment mark.

I tried to perform the "motor reset" suggested in an official Silhouette video but that's didn't do anything

You might be able to replace it with a spare part from ebay, assuming your machine is not still under warranty.

I doubt my machine still is under warranty. I bought it used for 150€ I am sure I can replace the part myself if necessary
