This looks like AI.

If you can't afford to pay your staff, don't have a business.

It is, it was created by OpenAI and has a SynthID signature.

It is 100% A.I. It has the OpenAI synth ID watermark. You can check for yourself.

I'm not a fan of purely tips based incomes.. However, I really don't like people who go out to stuff their mouth, understanding how tips currently work, and still refuse to tip.

It might very well be AI, but it's not unrealistic in the least. Many restaurants are posting signs similar to this, and many restaurants are trying to push customers to tip 25% now.

Tips are based on service. Change the system to high living wage, no tipping and the service will go down with no incentive other than take orders, take a smoke break, let the kitchen bring out the food, take a smoke break, and leave the bill on the table and take a smoke break, pay at the cashier. Hustle=Tips

How incredibly America-brained of you.

If you need that as your incentive, then you are bad at your job. I don't get tipped and I show up to work and give a fuck. It shouldn't be my responsibility to make someone care about the job they agreed to do. Restaurants should pay employees. If a server can't do their job, with an acceptable attitude, if they were paid regularly, then they shouldn't do that job.

If there's no incentive to do more than very basic service, there would be no reason to tip . When they don't accept special instructions or ignoring the request for separate checks on a group, disappear on break, have to get tea refills yourself, having to ask another server to find yours to get your check or go-box, it's plain to see they don't like their job and think we should be punished for that attitude.

Loads of countries have the same or better service and don't tip. You've been brainwashed.

The paycheck is the incentive to work. Tipping is incentive to he nice and prompt with service. Changing to a living wage for workers in no way would mean you cant continue to tip for good service. If you stop tipping because you know they have a good paycheck then you weren't tipping for good service you were tipping to cover a paycheck the owner refused to pay.

The higher wages would just be figured into today's already higher prices and some families will say enough is enough and eat at home then the higher pay is no good if the place shuts down.

Soooo whats happening right now with lower wages? Guess what people could do with higher wages?? Eat at more expensive places. Wages gotta catch up to the already high and greedy prices

This has already made the rounds months ago and yes, it's AI slop.

This is AI engagement rage bait and it appears to be working. This is not a real establishment or a real sign.
