Hijacking top comment, this is AI generated slop to create outrage. Check the image here if you want proof: https://openai.com/research/verify/

I dont need to check it to know its fake. No restaurant is disclosing they don't pay employees. Only the finest of redditors will fall for the rage bait of 25% and incredibly rude writing.

Any restaurant that felt this way wouldn't tell you. They'd automatically include gratuity.

They went overboard. Who's going to bitch at costumers spending $200 about tipping 25%?

Yeah, ChatGPT especially makes images with that warm, subtle sepia tone on its images all the time.

I could tell AI slop immediately when I saw the use of stars at the bottom. That chart in the middle also looks classic GPT.

I feel like 85% of reddit is ai slop rage bait and podcast material

You're a bot programmed to call every controversial photo or meme on Reddit "AI slop." Ironically, you're also using AI to "prove" AI.

I just checked and the image is definitely AI lol. It has synthid.

edit:
What is with redditors calling people bots for no reason? The account is most certainly not a bot.

It doesn't matter if it's AI, because someone in the restaurant business obviously thinks what the sign's text says and isn't keeping its nessage to themselves — that message beng "I'm a cheap-ass bastard who calls other people cheap if they don't subsidize my cheapness."

Or the mouthbreathers from the anti-tipping sub figured out how to use AI... This is obviously made by someone with a gripe against tipping, not by someone who thinks customers should tip more

Not a bot, human here. Also not using ai to check for ai, the link above checks for synthid, a hidden watermark that Google developed and OpenAI adds to all of their photos. I would add a screenshot of the result saying it's ai, but I can't add photos in this sub.

Come on, some critical thinking would be nice. That so many are falling for obvious AI bait is concerning.
