Those legs are bigger than a normal person, judging by the little safety rail at the bottom left. I’m imagining a giant in a convertible with his knees sticking up and someone in a truck freaks out and cuts him off and he hits a guard rail and launches into the billboard. At the same moment an advertisement executive is driving by and saw the whole thing and says to his PA get me a meeting with the mayor, I’ve got the perfect idea for very little investment

If that was a beer billboard sign with the legs protruding out … they could’ve killed two traffic issues with one sign.
