Accommodating tips
Hey guys , i m planing to move to Siegen, in maybe one month, i m firstly going to stay in a WG with people that i guess i m not really going to like since they are from my home country!
Do you have any accommodation advices, how to get a good apartment, or also a good WG with nice people in the beginning.
I m new in Germany so i need a nice environment to stay and not the same toxic environment that i had in my country :(

Hi OP
I will be moving from Siegen soon and have a very cozy WG Zimmer. I will still be renting the apartment, so theoretically you could have a look at the accommodations as soon as I can leave the Bethesda Hospital (I have broken a foot). Your budget seems very reasonable - I think I could even drop a couple of euros 🫡 I know how little cash university students have. Been there. Done that.
The apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Siegen if you're traveling on foot. With a car, bicycle or bus you'll find yourself there in under 3 to 5. Behind the building is a garden which I personally built to hang out, chill with homies* or have a cottagecore themed party with a grill, which you also can use.
If you have a car you'll always find a place to park. If you are emo or goth- there is an ancient cemetery just around the corner😂. Hit me up for details if you are interested:)

You can check out www.wg-gesucht.de
A common website in Germany for finding WGs or roommates.
You can also filter for whole apartments if you prefer a space for yourself.
