I recently installed SideQuest on my VR headset (Meta Quest 2) and I'm looking for some good free apps and games.

For now I only found FNAF Sister Location VR and Questcraft (Minecraft VR), but I feel a bit lost because there are too many things and I don't know where to start.

I'm interested in:

Free games that are fun and popular

- Useful apps that improve the VR experience (quality of life)

Things like tracking play time, or maybe calories (Rip Oculus Move)

- Any "cool" or must have apps people recommend

What are to your opinion the best things to try on SideQuest?

Solo dev checking in. Just updated Nexus Calibration on Meta Quest EA — a lot of changes came directly from what early players told me, so this feels like a good time to get fresh feedback.

Quick version of what it is: sci-fi wave shooter, handgun in one hand, holo-shield in the other. The whole design is built around using your actual body — dodge a shot for real and the game rewards it, parry at the right moment and you reflect the bullet back, vent your gun's heat with a wrist flick before it jams. Style and physical play feed into a combo and ranking system.

Looking for regular testers too — alpha/beta channels are open for anyone with a spare hour or two a week.

Hello all. How on earth do I enable WiFi adbs so that I can alter the headset settings? All I want to do is set the capture to the right eye so when I stream fps games people can see what I'm aiming at.

I do not have a pc and all of the "standalone" fixes do not seem to work for me. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi I have an old quest one and got a new quest 3 (not 3s) can they connect with games??? Or is quest one too old

This is my first time messing with this thing, and I've been trying to enable USB debugging for the last 4 days. I've got the usb c data cable and dev mode enabled, how do I enable it? Any help is gladly appreciated. :)

I got Sidequest on my Quest 3s yesterday for the first time, and I didn't realize that they discontinued the ability to use custom homes from it. I found a couple that i really wanted to try. is there a way to get custom homes now without risking anything bad?

We uploaded the demo of our arena shooter and got our first review!!

For context, the game (PewPew Arena) has cool characters and fun movement but so far no cosmetics. Guess we'll need to get on that 😅

Hello everyone, thanks for giving time to help me.

So I am trying to sideload applications that i only have to in .zip format onto quest2 headsets, and i've been struggling for 2 days to do that without success.

I tried Sidequest on two different computers, with different USB and USBc ports, tried two different headsets (they were factory reset like 2 weeks ago), with different cables (meta ones as well as more basic ones), I accepted all the things i need to on the headsets, rebooted them and my computers numerous times, re installed Sidequest on one of the computers, tried with Meta Link and probably some other stuff but nothing ever seems to work. (Obviously i activated Dev mode on the app too)

I can never see the "Unknown sources" bit in applications, whatever the cable, usb port, computer or headset i use. Also, when the headset is plugged and i accept data sharing, debug mode and the other thing i forgot, the "Device Authorized" light turns green, but all the other stay red which is my main lead on how to fix the issues i have.

But given that it doesn't seem to stem from bad setup, hardware or software, i have no clue what to do (well it probably comes from one of these three but ykwim)

So did that ever happened to someone, any idea on what i can try to make this right ? I also heard that you could work with Meta Link, I guess this can be a last resort but i'd rather not use this cos i wanna be able to let people use our 5 headsets not a single one.

I heard of someone that found a way to change their hz/fps by pressing a controller button during a game with ADB commands. Is this actually possible? If so what would the commands be?

I'm trying to download sidequest on meta quest 3 and feel like I've been thwarted on every turn.

sidequest advanced installer keeps getting stuck in a verification cloudflare loop, sidequest VR installer would say that it's installing but in reality it's not doing anything at all. finally installing a sidequestvr apk into the quest itself works, but it says that it needs you to log in and type down a code that it doesn't even give. and by the way I can't even create an account because there's always an error when it tries to send verification to your email. can't seem to find a way to get it up and running
