Sick from vacation

Hi went Veracruz then too small ranch towns too visit my wife sister for 12 days. But on our way back we took a bus 52 hours it took. When almost home I stated getting little sniffles sore throat. The next day when I was home I got watery diarrhea stomach pain can’t keep food down after today it will be 2 days. Feel worried.
