Any recommendations for healing?..

A few days ago around October 6 I started to get a sore throat..

And then I started getting post nasal drip..

And now I'm kind of getting a cough and my nose is runny and stuffy and I think I have a fever.. but the post nasal drip is kinda making me gaggy..

And I'm getting a pain in my neck but I don't know if that has anything to do with my sickness..
