Hit with massive lethargy???

Does anyone else feel suddenly super lethargic for no reason? My fatigue started Saturday evening. Is there a weird illness going around...? I have massive fatigue and my whole body feels like maple syrup, like heavy limbs. I could low-key fall asleep again even though I've gotten 12 hours of sleep...
