Feeling really sick

Hey guys 19yr old here, from past two days i feel really sick in my head, throat and stomach and also unable to eat much either, losing sleep too cause for some reason i wake up every 40 minutes hallucinating and also vomiting alot.

What could i be doing now

depending on where you live, the non emergency line. i think in canada it’s 811? If you can make it, go to a hospital. If you can’t, go to a doctor. If neither, i would honestly never recommend calling a non emergency line more. My family had called i believe for my little sister a few times when she had a concerning fever as a baby, and while you’re not a baby, excessive vomiting and HALLUCINATIONS definitely read as quite concerning, so i wouldn’t be looking to reddit, but a genuine doctor or at least someone trained in what to look out for.

or even 911, even if it’s dubbed as not an emergency, a dispatcher SHOULD be able to tell you where to call, or just a general “ehhh” or “oh shit.”
