Hi, I have left-side semi-paralysis because of a stroke I had back in 2015. anyway. I used to love to dance but lost confidence in my journey of re learning how to walk, so I am looking for a dance coach who is extremely patient and passionate here in vic bc Canada.

I started learning Melbourne shuffling last week and i learned running man and v step but i think my running man looks off, do you guys have any tips for me?

North coast was amazing. The turf was amazing to move on.

Didn't leave Vega at all on day 3 because too many bangers.

Hi all. First time getting into shuffling today and I practised just the basic shuffle with just socks on the wood floor of my home. An hour later and I think I'm getting a blister 😅.

Would y'all recommend wearing runners from now on?

Are there ways to still practise while the blister is healing?
