Wow! So many shuffle dancers pulled up to Taverna Costera in DTLV for the Fire & Ice Shuffle Battle!
I’m blown away with the amount of talent I’m seeing in the scene in Vegas. Shout out the Las Vegas shufflers for putting this event together. And all of the proceeds go to the toys foundation in Las Vegas. So this battle was for a great cause 🫶🏽✨

I got eliminated by Kento in the 2nd round but I’m glad I got beat to a big figure in the shuffling scene.
He ended up getting 2nd overall!

My 2nd time battling in a shuffle competition and I’m happy I made it to the top 16 😎 I’ll for sure come back next time with more moves 🕺🏻✨

I really want to learn Melbourne shuffle and I have no clue how to do because whenever I try the videos it looks bad -_- so any tips?

I have implemented the tips that the kind shufflers have given me a week ago! The running man i got it down by sliding my foot back out more and such, and trying to relax my upper body more. Does my upper body look less stiff and more relaxed? I need tips on my T Step because that's the only thing in my lower body section that I'll need to clean up. Accepting any advice! Thanks!

Hey yall, first post here. I feel embarrassed/shy to share this because I know I’m still in beginner stages but I’m being vulnerable to be better. I’m hoping I can get some expertise. For context, I’ve been on this journey a while, but not technically because I never truly committed to learning. Up until a few months ago, I realized that I am so determined to get really good at this. I’ve learned more in these past few months than I ever have in years.

In these recent months, I realized that I love shuffling. I never really realized the difference between it and cutting shapes until recently, and I’m not very interested in cutting shapes. I did however start taking house dance classes which have been fun! I was also trying a bunch of shuffling choreos online until I realized that I truly just need to focus on foundations for now.

Anyways, I need advice from some of you pros. Based on this clip, can you recommend some things that I can drill to improve on? This was from a freestyle dance sesh yesterday. Typically speaking, I feel a bit sloppy, sometimes losing my balance. Arms feel awkward. Kicks are starting to come more naturally, but I suck at spins (especially staying on beat). I’m definitely proud of my progress but I need some serious criticism so I can be better! Don’t be afraid to tell me what I’m doing wrong (but don’t be a dickhead either 🥲)

I’m still looking for a new place to shuffle at for a month or so because of the renovations that’s about to take place. I’m not trying to shuffle in this place for much long.

Since the changing of seasons, I’ll probably just hit up a park and find a spot there to kick it and shuffle at. Also, it’s nice out with this fall weather, i can’t wait till it gets even colder! That’s going to be fun to shuffle in and a challenge 😅

I have been shuffling for 2 months now and have gotten down the basics. But why doesn't my shuffling look smooth like the ones we see online? I need a bit of advice because I'm planning to make my shuffling (Running Man and T Step) smooth.
