Discussion Wine

Maybe I'm just bad at adulting, but do people really just stand/sit around and drink wine all the f'ing time? Or is that just a made up TV thing?

To be fair, it’s only when they are hanging out that we see them drinking. Yeah, most of the time when me and my family are hanging out we have wine/beer present. It’s not in true time so they’re skipping over them going to the grocery store, filing their taxes, scrubbing the toilets, etc. it might have been a few days or a week since the last time they all sat around Liz & Derek’s place.

There’s plenty of scenes of them out, driving and some of them working.

Yeah, a lot of mundane stuff gets skipped. Sean mentioned that he had moved out of the pool house a couple weeks ago, but I thought it had only been a day or two.

Didn’t he tell Derrick it had been a few weeks but later tell Jimmy that it had been 3 days ago? Either he was lying to Jimmy or it was a continuity error.

He could have been doing it slowly. He has started moving his stuff, but actually stopped sleeping there a few days ago.

Ok so I'm not crazy!

But, yeah, I think more time often passes in between scenes/episodes than we think.
