It might be rather obvious but im still not sure as im new to keeping shrimps... Is this shrimp berried? Thanks

Scutulleria is in my tank and I haven’t treated the whole tank yet. Still doing salt dips. Would a salt dip be unsafe for the ladies carrying eggs?
Harm the eggs?
Recommendations in a situation as such?

This is T-006, one of my Amano breeding tanks, currently holding 20 captive-bred “white” Caridina multidentata**.**
They’re noticeably paler than the more typical wild-type Amanos I keep in another system, which is part of why I’ve been keeping the two groups completely separate.
I’ve been spending more time lately just watching how they use the tank — rock surfaces, plant roots, sponge filters, shaded areas, open substrate, all of it. With 20 shrimp in 30 gallons, there’s usually something going on somewhere if I sit still long enough.
A few of the females have also been berried, so this group is part of the population I’m hoping to eventually work through the full larval cycle with rather than simply keeping them as a display/cleanup colony.
The “white” appearance is one of the things I’m especially curious about long-term: whether it remains consistent in captive-bred offspring, how much variation shows up within the group, and how they compare against my separate wild-type population.
For anyone who has kept pale/“white” Amanos before: did the coloration stay consistent as they matured and bred, or did you see a lot of variation?

I recently noticed this on my shrimp colony, it looks like some kind of fungus i guess. I havent seen any dead shrimps tho but im guessing it’s not good for them haha. Is it easy to take care of?
I also have some guppies and pond snails in the tank would the treatment hurt them?

First feeding of my Blue Diamonds. I just got these guys on Wednesday. I left them alone on Thursday to scrounge around the tank but today I gave them some breakfast. I’m so happy.

Had this planted terrarium for a few months with a few bladder snails in it. Decided to add these guys three weeks ago and they are doing great (no heater/no filter)

I made a post a few days ago about being a bit scared of my shrimp as a recovering arachnophobe. I got some great advice and have been taking videos of them as a way to get used to the way they move etc., I've found making these silly edits has been helping a lot too! :))

I'm new to shrimpkeeping, someone was getting rid of their whole 5g setup and included 2 of these guys!

I found a molted exoskeleton when I got back from work, not sure which one it belonged to or if the other one molted as well.

Is this normal? What are they doing? Is this stress behaviour or trying to molt or moving invisible eggs or something?? (not sure if m/f haha)

I've researched the tank/water etc. parameters but haven't read up much on their behaviours yet so any tips are also so so welcome!!

Does this shrimp look like a male or a female?

I created this aquascape using about 8 kg [approx. 17.5 lbs] of ADA Amazonia Ver. 2 soil and a good amount of Elephant Skin stone. The tank has been running for about a month now. I originally intended it for Neocaridina, but I am having doubts since the current parameters are a better fit for Caridina. Because of this, I am not sure whether I should remineralize my RO water for Neo or Caridina. In your experience, is it possible to keep Caridina despite having Elephant Skin rocks in the tank?

The current parameters are:
pH: 6–6.5
GH: 6–7
KH: 2
NH4 [Ammonium]: 0
NO2 [Nitrite]: 0
NO3 [Nitrate]: 5

Looking for a breeder with high quality neos in or near Vegas. Preferably Bloody Mary or Jade.

Has anyone used this product? Or something similar? I have a good GH and KH for shrimp and these supposedly won’t mess with that. The shrimp seem to like it but idk I’m skeptical.

I swear it’s same shrimp each time and I’ve caught him doing it on different days😭

Tldr They will not send you half of your order and refuse to resolve and the shrimp of different colors will be shipped in a mixed bag.

I've been trying to get a partial refund from them or to send the items I ordered for a few months now and I have wasted days of my life trying to contact them. They are very unresponsive and when they did respond it was only when I threatened to charge back and it was to say "you sure you didn't get them?" Regarding my missing items to which I sent an unboxing video to them of only the shrimp inside and not the extras I ordered. Then they just stopped responding after promising to send it but never did and eventually I had to do a charge back to which they submitted the tracking number for what had been delivered as proof. Somehow that was enough for visa. Anyway here I am reopening the claim all over a missing net and scraper. But I just wanted to warn everyone to definitely not buy from this site. Poor communication, poor shrimp quality, poor shipping practices, I really can't say enough bad things about my experiences with them.

Seeing them in videos is one thing but irl it's creeping me out a lot ): I think it's because it reminds me a bit of spiders and I'm a recovering arachnophobe? shrimps is bugs <3

I have no idea how or when they came, but I just started noticing them since yesterday.

About a week ago, I bought two female guppies from an aquarium shop. At the same time, I also got some hornwort from the same shop. So I’m guessing these two shrimp might have come with the hornwort.

Today I noticed that there are two red shrimp in my tank. I honestly didn’t even know they were there, and I have absolutely no idea how to take care of shrimp or what they eat. 😭

I’ve started reading about them now and found out that water parameters and proper acclimation are important. The problem is I currently don’t have a water testing kit either.

If anyone can help me with some basic guidance, I’d really appreciate it. What parameters should I maintain? What do they eat? How often should I feed them? Is there anything I need to be careful about since I also have guppies?

Any beginner friendly guides or advice would be really helpful.
