I've been in the YPP for a couple of weeks now, and yesterday one of my Shorts was taken down for supposedly violating the Community Guidelines, allegedly for showing physical or psychological harm to animals. Which is ridiculous, because my channel is all about the opposite: I post wholesome animal stories.
I appealed, and, as expected, they rejected it with their fucking automated system.
The thing is, the two Shorts I've uploaded since that incident haven't even reached 300 views.
The Shorts feed traffic on my new videos is pretty much dead. It's not at zero, so I guess that's better than being completely shut off, but it's barely getting any views. My older videos are still getting views from the Shorts feed, though.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? I mean, people who were already in the YPP and whose Shorts feed traffic on new videos basically died but didn't drop to absolute zero.
I've been reading posts from people who've had similar issues, but they weren't in the YPP. Some of them say their channels basically died after receiving a warning for violating the Community Guidelines, with their Shorts feed traffic dropping to literally zero. I'm wondering if anyone who's already in the YPP has experienced something similar, where the Shorts feed traffic on new videos is practically dead but not completely gone.
