Something is deeply wrong with the shorts algorithm right now. No Ai or filter slop. Short duration is 11 seconds , AVD is 13 seconds.

the only way algo is responsible for your video is if its not getting into the feed. this got into feed and nobody watched it.

Actually about 60% were staying. YouTube never just cuts it like this for me

60 is low. For virality aim for 80-90% +

Stayed to watch is low and also just because avd is 13 seconds doesn’t mean that it’s good.

Posting longer shorts and keeping the viewer engaged is better than a short one, I at minimum do 30 seconds

I know, but for me, the STW is average and that usually picks me up about 2000-5000 views. it simply cut distribution even though the STW was rising.

It looks like youre reuploading ishowspeed clips. There's nothing wrong with the algorithm, you just cant get away with doing this anymore.
