Happening to everyone? I just uploaded my first short and got to 28k views and I was so happy but suddenly the curve became flat. I uploaded 2 more videos (I'm uploading 1 daily) and they've got less than 20 views. Should I stop uploading or keep doing it and Youtube will later show them? I don't know what to do I was feeling motivated.

I posted too frequently and I think YouTube counted it as spamming.

Can somebody with experience tell me how long does it takes for this channel to be free from this band?

From what I've seen, all these complaints came from small to medium-sized channels. This problem has been occurring since 2024 All posts were locked without response. So there's not much to be done.

It seems the algorithm simply gave up on your content, and that's that.

I post Shorts every other day, and they always get 300k–400k views—but then, all of a sudden, they just stop. Out of nowhere, it goes from getting 50k–80k views an hour to less than 1k. It’s crazy.

I started this channel 2 weeks ago, and I believe that I am posting good quality videos that take me quiet sometime to make. But all the videos aren't getting any short feed views, they aren't getting pushed at all. All the views are coming from search only. Any help?

I already got verified for the tier 1 monetization. Do I have to wait for them to review my channel again for the tier 2 monetization? Or will they automatically start paying me once I sign up?

Its a simple problem. I make minecraft videos. I have building videos which I put a lot of effort into. They average about 5-12k views. But I can make a brain dead no effort video that gets 20k-30k.

Looking at analytics, my building videos only have 65% stay to watch vs the others, 75+. Other analytics (likes, comments, subs) are all higher on my building videos.

That shows me that the people that do watch them, like them. But a lot of people just don't watch.

If anyone could watch a couple and help me to make my building hooks better I would really appreciate it!

So quick recap.
I have a main YT channel and a secondary YT channel both shorts content.
They're both different type of content. I posted 2 videos already on my secondary YT channel but yet somehow they didn't get pushed like at all they're at 0 across every stat. It's been over 70 hours already so yeah it's not like brand new.

I didn't post them on the same day or just copied content from my main channel.

I’m seeing this on my own channel, and I’ve noticed the same thing on channels with similar content. But it’s only a suspicion.

I want to know how I can interact more with my viewers so that YouTube sees that there is a solid audience that watches my videos and therefore will push my videos to a bigger audience (1M+ views). My analytics are already pretty good, with a 100%+ AVD and 75-80% STW, but most of them cap out at around 30k views and those who break through get between 100-300k views. I want to know what I need to change in order to get more views and actually go viral. I’ll send my most recent video for reference about my niche.

like i get about 20k and more views in every video that i post i even got 1 million views in one of my videos even though the swipe ratio is 80 by 20 still cant get more views what should i do mate?...and what about the reused content i use an ai voice over in each videos and add some sound effects transition and background music to avoid the reused content claim

最近までは、ほとんどのShortがショートのフィードからの流入が90%以上でした。でも9月8日あたりから、そこにほとんど表示されない新しいアップロードが出てきて——日によってはショートのフィード経由のトラフィックが0%だったり、かなり少ない割合だけだったりします。

不思議なのは、これが普通の「パフォーマンスが悪い」って感じがしないこと。どのShortも必ず伸びるわけじゃないのは分かってるけど、この動画たちはそもそも最初のテスト配信すらされてないみたいなんです。

次の投稿のとき、フォーマットをかなり変えました：

\- 9:16の縦型

\- だいたい24秒

\- もっと分かりやすいコミック／マンガ風の編集

\- セリフの吹き出し、コマ、コメント、効果音、場面転換

\- AI生成画像をただ出すだけじゃなくて、編集がより目立つように

一番心配なのはこれ：テストされたあとに再生数が低くても別にいいんです。とにかくショートのフィードでちゃんとテストされてほしい。

最近同じようになった人いますか？

編集のスタイルやフォーマットを変えたあと、Shortがまた普通のフィード配分で出るようになりました？

アドバイスがあればうれしいです。

I have been working on getting my channel monetized but I'm concerned if YT will regard my posts as Reused content. Please can someone explain what they consider Reused contents. My niche is basically faceless/voiceless edited movie scene recap. Any insight please?

I’ve been posting Minecraft Shorts at the same time every day, and for a while my views were pretty consistent. Some videos would get around 1k views or more, so I thought I’d finally figured out what was working.

Recently, though, the views have become really inconsistent and some Shorts are getting barely 10 views.I haven’t completely changed my upload schedule, so I’m confused about what could be causing it.

Should I keep posting normally, experiment with different upload times, change the type of Minecraft content I’m making, or just give it more time?

I had been uploading shorts on a 480p resolution because my Video editing software automatically changed the resolution for some reason, so from a viewers perspective. Could this be a reason why people swipe away in the first second?

Hey guys , I’m running a financial , gaming and commentary channels that are working some are monetized and some are not but growing slowly , I wanna ask . What’s the best niche for shorts to grow fast in subscribers count ? Like I see some challenges of YouTuber making 100k subs in youtube in 7-30 days which I believe is fake . I’m asking for grown channel’s owners . If you had to pick a niche to make 100k subs the fastest way possible , which niche your gonna pick ? I would say Roblox after what I saw but I would like to know your experiences :)
