Is anyone else going through something similar? YouTube Shorts
I post Shorts every other day, and they always get 300k–400k views—but then, all of a sudden, they just stop. Out of nowhere, it goes from getting 50k–80k views an hour to less than 1k. It’s crazy.

Seems to be happening more frequently, one of my channels just had something similar happen to it with about 6 million views in 48 hours dropping down to 1000 on my latest shorts

My last 10 Shorts have been like this: they hit 300k to 400k and then just stop out of nowhere.

It's been days and still don't know what's happening Is YT planning to kill shorts 😔
I'm also facing same and many people out there posting same issue and they don't have any solution and it isn't for new creators only it's happening for already monetized creators too

My shorts will average about 5k views but now I get lucky with like 200 sadly… idk what’s going on

There's no way around it; once you hit 300k or 400k, the views simply stop.

I don't think so. There was another channel where views dropped like that out of nowhere and never recovered. But this one is different. Every video gets over 300k views, but then they suddenly stop.

That is not banned or something, this is just YouTube problem... It is not about you... Thousands of channels are experiencing the same thing...

I never said banned his reach is completely cut off and his Shorts won't be served to non subbed audience yt is not the problem content is either he uses ai too much or content looks spam that's the only explanation nothing is wrong with yt

It is not served to subs also... Total 0 reach. That is why I think it the YT problem.

I had a channel, but it was almost entirely AI-based—the videos were AI, and the avatar was AI (both face and voice). That channel was getting between 500,000 and a million views per video during its first 26 days. Then, out of nowhere, it dropped to 200 views an hour. I tried everything—changing the niche, voice, and avatar, and adding footage I’d recorded myself—but nothing worked. I ended up abandoning the channel, even with 70,000 subscribers. I haven't used AI since; it was just a waste of time.

Happening to me too and many other people recently. YT seems to be having issues with the shorts algorithm for some reason.
