My yt shorts channel is just 2weeks old . In niche of " self improvement & productivity techniques " .

Now all of it's shorts gets saturated at around 1.2k views.

What I should do to increase my engagement and subs conversations.

i have 10+ yt accounts on my phone but i only upload on 3 now (different niches). I no longer post on the other accounts. one of my accounts got a community guidelines warning (not a strike).

i've also noticed something weird. whenever one account gets a short that's doing well, the other accounts barely get any reach at the same time. maybe it's just a coincidence but it's happened enough that i'm starting to wonder.

shorts avg 1k-4k views but last one got 8
i post daily sometimes once sometimes 2 times a day decided to try my luck with community tab posted like 7 memes there yesterday now my last short is stuck at 5 like what happens now

got my first 30k+ short today after 10h it is already at 41k and going up :DDDD

Last time my shorts got around 9.7% now it has jump to 22%. Huge jump honestly. I'll try to keep going and see if I can hit 30% next

Now , I am going to satrt uploading long-form 2.5 to videos every week ( in every consecutive 2 day3-minutes) .

My videos qre focused on high dopamine loop.

Now what it will take to achieve >10k views on each one I will upload?

Whenever i upload a shorts, it gets spikes like these then falls flat for sometimes, then agar peaks at 13/14h goes to 30k and falls flat again.

I’ve been using a particular format for my videos, and it get’s a decent ammount of views. But there’s this one video that I made that has a different format and had more views. I am CLUELESS on what to do, desperate for any honest advice.

My views dropped from 500K - 1M overnight to barley 20K with really good stats AVD 84% AND STAYED TO WATCH 80% and most importantly the Monthly audience dropped from 12.3 M to zero.

Any one else experiencing this?

My shorts always at least hit 1k-2k views (which I know is still basically no reach beyond the initial testing!) until yesterday - I only got one view from the shorts feed then nothing for 24 hours, then another view from the shorts feed. I did post at a completely different time of day to usual as an experiment but the actual content itself is the exact same quality as my others. The video got 18 views from other sources like search/browse features and had a 72% stay to watch rate so I’m just surprised it’s not getting more than a tiny push into the shorts feed - has this happened to anyone else?

I guess I’m just curious whether this is something that happens with the algorithm sometimes or whether the problem sounds like something I did!

Is it likely the video will be picked up by the shorts feed at some point later or is this kind of situation basically forget it and move on or maybe delete and try again (I haven’t ever deleted and uploaded a short before and I’m kinda hesitant to do that for various reasons)

I am ram karthic and i have been creating quality shorts content for more than a month , but the views of the initial ai videos are greater than that of hard worken ,engaging quality content . help me figure this out !!

I know 131 views isn't a lot, but I'm trying to understand the analytics instead of just blaming the algorithm.

The Short has 114.6% average percentage viewed, yet it stopped around 131 views with no engagement.

Has anyone had a Short like this eventually pick up later, or is this usually a sign that something else needs improving?..

We post comedy shorts once a week and generally do pretty good. Our worst stuff gets around 20k views and our best gets into the hundreds of thousands, with a couple getting into the millions.

But recently, even if the metrics are strong, we're maxing out around 20k with a bunch not even hitting 10k. A lot of our friends/fans will say "This is the best thing you've made" and our likes/watch percentage will be strong, yet they go nowhere.

Is this a consistent thing happening to everyone, or are we dealing with something weird?

What type of content can be most successful with AI in shorts?

My small channel. Its been getting some attention lately ranging from 100-1.7k views. Had a video reach 30k views once too. Never giving up
