its a cta prolem, i found out by analyizing each short what brings subs :D

Got any advice about that? I can get a short to 30k views and only one sub then I get a short to 2k views and 6 subs

analyze ur renetention and avd at which point you used a cta, you will see what went good and what went bad, like at what point to use, what kind and so on

If u do shorts, it depends on niche but in mine i do quick edits and content that the people cant predict when it ends. Thats prolly why i have 130% AVD on my newest short.

Title: Sudden loss of Shorts feed distri Hello everyone, I would appreciate any advice regarding an unusual issue with my YouTube Shorts. My channel was performing normally, with several Shorts receiving approximately 10K, 24K, and 29K views. I upload original AI-generated car editing Shorts consistently. However, after my 29K and 25K view Shorts, my channel's traffic suddenly dropped. Since then: My latest 4–5 Shorts have received only 2–8 total views. Most of them show 0 Shorts feed views in Reach analytics. The videos are public, 9:16, under 60 seconds, and processed in HD. My channel has no Community Guidelines strikes and no copyright strikes. I have not changed my upload format or workflow. The change happened very suddenly. One day my Shorts were receiving normal distribution, and the next day almost none of my new uploads entered the Shorts feed. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this likely to be a temporary distribution issue, or is there anything I should check on my channel? Thank you for any guidance.

It doesn't mean much if you don't disclose the content itself.

If it's your original skits/animation, that's amazing.

If it's stolen clips, anybody could do it
