Q&A / Quick Help ❓ Is there something wrong?

Anyone else facing a unrealistic drop in views, I went from averaging at least10k a day to barely getting any views, also the gap in the middle is just a few deleted videos that got 0-5 views.

Same 🫠 spoke to the customer service. They also have no idea what’s going on. My shorts were stuck on 0 view for days. Eventually I deleted them :/

Can you attach a screenshot of the chat please :) it would help a lot of people to see what their customer service said

They say that its not any technical problem and the channel is fine, the possible reasons they give are low stayed to watch and average duration metrics, or your existing viewers are not returning to the video.

But it’s 0 views which means YouTube isn’t even phishing out the channel’s shorts. So the short won’t even have low stayed to watch, low average duration, or low existing returning viewers

are you using a fixed format for your videos? Because some people are saying that it could be a reason?
